Now that I'm about to graduate, is increasingly the case that relatives and friends ask me what I do "grow up" (usually non-graduates, those who have spent this time they know that these are not questions do, at least before the debate).
When I answer them that I would not stay at home in my village, I look a bit 'strange.
"Why, the roots, your home ,...".
Sometimes I wonder if it is not better at least try to find something of interest here. After all, the mother needs someone close by and want to put your comfort?
Then it happens that I stay a week at home. And it is during those weeks which return all the friends around the world, where there are lots of things to do and a lot of interesting people to talk to. No, I'm talking about one of those weeks standard normal. So ordinary that could easily become "my" week in the future.
During this week I happen to talk with a little 'people, and hear each other, the bar, supermarket, ...
Three episodes reminded me why I do not want to stay here.
1 - Boy (graduate, among other things) that, during a discussion about security in the city said: "This is not racism, it is they who are Muslims." Well, we start well ...
2 - Two young workers, at the bar, who, seeing a service to tg of convictions who spoke to the cops for beating Genoa say, "Go show well, but at some point in those legs Dovara spararghe them red." His friend replied promptly, to tone down "Why in the legs? Bisognaria spararghe head." All followed by general laughter of those present. Welcome to the rich and tolerant northeast!
3 - Lady fifty at the supermarket talking to the cashier.
