Name Engraving On Leather Braclets

bike supermarket ... but because they change? Alleycat

Today I have had in hand the paper publication of a famous hypermarket heavily on the Italian territory. Among the many products advertised a bike stands by the low price. For 65 euro sell a bike complete with fenders, lights, newspaper holder, stand, cover (all things actually very useful in cities) and a mythical 6-speed rear derailleur which is probably a Shimano SIS.
It does not take a lot of experience in the field cycling to understand that for that price the components are of poor quality, but if it is accettbile fitted with mudguards, saddle and tires has absolutely no economic sense, for obvious security reasons, to have the v- Brake levers and brackets in resin and a poor exchange. The latter in particular is pitiful bad change, it's hard to adjust, and especially, being held in place by the nut that locks the hub back to the frame will never be very hard. To me for example that happened after a bit 'of water, after a moderately vigorous workout, all he turns around the entire box resulting in inutilizzabiltĂ  bike.
contiue The question to ask me when I see for sale is some obscenity, but because on a mountain bike is not economic but cheap components as reliable as a good single speed freewheel instead of being junk? Also because the chassis is equipped with sliding dropouts, and single speed ready! There would be adjustments to be made zero, zero maintenance, zero derailleurs that come off easily and a lot of driving to gain. But of course the myth of MUNTAN Baik with Shimano has also made inroads in the head and if the average buyer does not have a bike tagliaravioli not to be taken into account, even in the plains.

Tip: If you want to take a bike like this go ahead, but remove and replace them with gear box and a free wheel at one speed, after a little bit rispaziato the rear hub. The crank I think it's a 42 so it can fit a pinion 18, 20 for the lazy. Maybe you change the brakes with a pair of decent v-brakes for a few tens of euro guarantee you are always ready and safe braking.

White Wife With Mandingo

LA - my review

From good sport I wake up at 11 swearing in Aramaic against the clock and after three quarters of an hour robbosaggine I get out of bed. The night before I was dragged into the disc and even I know how I put myself to avoid a rum and coke after another with all those girls who seemed to say "baccagliami from which it will send a crap time zero, yes?" . The fact is that I came home very late but lucid, and in shape for the ride from Milan.
I make a quick breakfast, prepared in a backpack with helmet, shoes spd (yes, they are one of the few who use clipless pedals set) go down in the cellar, swollen gums and leave for home at 6 + cisco shore waiting for me with mega jippone where they are easily fixed and 4 + 4 bike storage. We must now seize the savior and we leave for Milan (Pussy). Travel
convenient, quick cycling stage from where I buy on the fly 3 little things that are not found in Turin worse than an autographed copy of "Made in Japan (sivende Turin, ALARM and !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) we head towards the place of departure. There
beak a 50in people, almost all fixed enrollment card spokes, 1 2 3 go!
Classic start to the Le Mans race with the bike on foot to leave the asphalt and manifest little surprise ... An evil puzzle that at first seems incomprehensible, but gradually comes out. Some definitions are the names of roads that make up the checkpint and the number of horizontal or vertical line is the number ... Fear! Original formula and funny, but in my opinion a bit 'too penalizing for out of town. However
party and after a bit 'of information to passers-by and asked various people get to the first check point where I drop a bun bought at a little bar out of the crisis of hunger that was coming ... Shit I did not do lunch! However
splashing off the entire check to the next area that is in the cathedral. I ask a policeman to find this explanation and looked after me very badly for the series of maneuvers that I had to go pick him up he answers correctly. Shoot us an avenue to all and at some point I'm calling from behind by 3 others in Turin because obviously I was not already more understanding and I jumped in a fucking ugly the second check ... Okay 'I'll go back and look the other indications I'm cursed to complete crosswords. Let's start
rocket and shortly after Cisco decided to test a bit 'of Galilean mechanics against a car that crosses the street without ifs and buts ... but fuck, nasty motorist stunned, where you got your head? How do you make a U-turn without seeing the sun during the day 4 (four, not one) cyclists who are coming in the opposite direction to yours? Among other things, I've dodged the little machine with big ass just because I was fairly central in the street and managed to pass them back. Cisco was the sidewalk and could not do anything but print on the body. Fortunately no serious damage reported physical but has wrecked forks, frame and some ball cuscnetto the front hub. Bella
bad luck. Race over and wait forever for the arrival of the patrol of civic (or rather the cast as they call them there).
shore and I go back there to get the car to go to the other 2 raccatare and return to Turin (nor) the moral right to the ground but almost ... say-height bracket.

For me it was the second Alleycat, but the first out of town, so I regret not being able to stop a casino on the tour. It should be ', it means that Turin will bring their own colors at that high of Bologna.

PS photo by parkh's
... I do not know if I authorize the publication is just a picture but I swear I'll get a lawsuit that'll take it off eh!

Austin Cruising Spots

Mountain bike and mud

Although the temperature gives very few signs of upward according to the schedule in the winter is ending. The snowfall, however, left a tangible sign of their presence on dirt roads and single track: mud, mud. Never before this year I found myself wallowing in the mud and sometimes even in the snow with my mountain bike, but never like this year I was so at home. This is due to several factors.
  1. Single speed - Before I always had bicycles with conventional transmission with the classic triple 9-speed cassette front and the rear their derailleurs. The transmission is that the vast majority of bike models is derived directly from the road and provides excellent efficiency at the expense of a behavior is not well suited for off-road "dirt" that becomes the winter. The transmission stops changing, shelling and everything becomes more restrained. In this single speed simply does not exist and continue to pedal smoothly even in the most terrible bogs.
  2. Fenders - When the soil is wet or dirty it is essential to have something to protect us from the filth that the wheels roll on to the rider. Especially after a few fender plasticaccia euro bought in any supermarket can be kept dry the seat and saddle bag. Before the problem is less serious because most of the mud splashing in the frame without much discomfort. I decided to mount a small appendix in the plastic tube to give a little 'more protection. The number of sketches that come up in my face has drastically declined, but is not completely clear. Surely a model works best to attach the fork to protect even when cornering, but unfortunately I did not have appropriate hooks.
  3. rigid bike - The mud is a big enemy for the O-ring and legs super smooth suspension and to avoid unnecessary wear these expensive parts is recommended to wash after every ride their bikes. Unfortunately do not always have a water pipe or a car wash available in the home and risk letting cement for all the existing Paute charge during the ride. Also in winter you ride mostly flat routes where there is a large-capacity buffer. Better a good rigid fork that needs no maintenance, it is always ready to use and also has plenty of space between the wheels and sliders to prevent chafing of various tire mounting section also generous.
  4. disc brakes - just the disc is taller and therefore better protected from dirt. Cross a stream no longer means that effect of braking in the moments after the shots that Ford is experimenting with the old brake pad. It is also lacking in "swallow's nest around the brake pads": In extreme conditions the wheel stops spinning and all you have to constantly stop to remove the piles of mud, leaves and grass. The only negative is that the bike you see in the picture yet assembled organic brake pads in the event of wet disc are much less effective than semi metallic ... but expect to finish them before changing them!
